Bozeman & Three Forks
Tracey is a 4th generation Montanan with a deep
love for our “Big Sky Country.” Growing
up on a ranch in Eastern Montana gave her a very strong work ethic and a great
appreciation for community. In 1999, she
made the move to Bozeman where she obtained her BS in Business Marketing and
became a member of the MSU Rodeo Team. During
this time Tracey met her husband Andy, also a member of the rodeo team.
Residing in the Gallatin Valley over the past 20 years, they have been blessed
to raise their three boys in this wonderful community. Tracey loves to cheer on
her boys in all of their activities, enjoys skiing, rooting for the Bobcats,
and still competes in rodeo when time allows.
Recognizing the value and trust that her clients place in
her, she strives every day to exceed their expectations. Trustworthiness, hard
work, and dedication are at the center of her core values. Tracey has thorough
knowledge of our area real estate market and values the importance of clear
communication with her clients. Whether you are looking for the perfect place
to call “home” or looking to list your property, Tracey is ready to work hard
for you!
My
wife and I worked with Tracey through very unique circumstances where we ended
up both buying and selling a home in Bozeman. Through her network of contacts
she was able to quickly locate a great property in a desirable neighborhood,
and in advance of the property going on the general market (which is a miracle
in itself). As we made plans to move across the country Tracey helped us
immensely to line up inspectors and contractors who could help us make
improvements to the home prior to our arrival. When unforeseen family
circumstances caused our move plans to change we again worked with Tracey to
consider options for either renting or selling the home. We felt no pressure
from her to go with the selling option (which would have been to her benefit),
but she presented us with the pros and cons for using the home as a rental.
When we did finally decide to list the home for sale we looked to Tracey, who
again stepped up to the plate to make sure that our home was well-maintained so
that it would continue to be appealing to potential buyers (I know that she and
her family sacrificed personal time and expense to ensure that the home was
maintained in our absence). When the market experienced a cooling period
throughout the summer Tracey kept us informed on changing market conditions,
and we did sell the home for a price that we were comfortable with. Thorough it
all we have not found a more caring, honest, and personable person to work with
than Tracey, and we heartily recommend her for any of your real estate buying
or selling needs.
